The Advance Journal of Business Management & Social Sciences (AJBMSS) periodically publishes Thematic Issues that bring together research on focused, timely, and impactful topics in business management and the social sciences.
Each Thematic Issue is guided by experienced Guest Editors who curate contributions around a shared theme, encouraging meaningful academic dialogue and fresh perspectives on emerging trends.
All submissions undergo AJBMSS’s standard rigorous editorial and peer-review process. Accepted papers are published in regular issues of the journal and are also grouped online under the respective Thematic Issue for greater visibility and accessibility.
Through Thematic Issues, AJBMSS aims to highlight important developments, promote focused scholarly discussion, and connect researchers working on related areas of inquiry.
