Advance Journal of Business Management & Social Sciences (AJBMSS), published by Content Majestic Publisher (CMP), is a fully Gold Open Access journal. All published articles are immediately and permanently available online without subscription or access fees. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

AJBMSS currently charges no fees to authors for submitting, reviewing, accepting or publishing manuscripts.

There are no mandatory author charges at any stage of the publication process.

Publisher-Funded Publication (Until 31 December 2026)

Content Majestic Publisher currently covers the publication costs of AJBMSS. All authors are eligible to publish without charge, regardless of their country, institutional affiliation or career stage.

Any manuscript submitted on or before 31 December 2026 will remain eligible for free publication, even if peer review, acceptance or publication takes place after that date. No APC or other mandatory publication fee will be applied retrospectively to these submissions.

Future Changes to Publication Charges

AJBMSS currently has no APC. If publication charges are introduced in the future, the journal will publish the revised fee schedule, the effective date and the applicable terms on its website before implementation.

Any future charges will apply only to manuscripts submitted on or after the announced effective date. Manuscripts submitted before that date will remain subject to the fee policy applicable when they were submitted.

Authors will be informed of any applicable charges before submission so that they can make an informed decision.

Optional Editorial Services

AJBMSS or Content Majestic Publisher may offer optional editorial services, such as language editing, proofreading, formatting or other author-support services. These services are separate from the journal’s editorial and peer-review processes and are not required for manuscript submission, peer review, acceptance or publication.

Any applicable fees for optional services will be communicated to authors in advance. Authors are free to decline these services without affecting the editorial evaluation or publication decision for their manuscripts.

The availability or purchase of optional editorial services does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or preferential treatment during editorial assessment.

Future Waivers and Discounts

If publication charges are introduced, AJBMSS will publish a separate waiver and discount policy explaining the eligibility criteria, available reductions, application procedure and decision process.

Any waiver or discount arrangements will be communicated clearly to authors. Requests for financial assistance, where available, will be handled separately from editorial assessment.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript’s originality, relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, scholarly quality, research integrity and peer-review recommendations.

An author’s financial circumstances, waiver request or ability to pay will not influence editorial decisions. The acceptance or rejection of a manuscript will be determined independently of any publication fee.

Policy Transparency

This policy is publicly available on the AJBMSS website and applies equally to authors from all countries and institutions. Any changes will be communicated through an updated version of this policy.
