Archiving & Repository Policy

Content Majestic Publisher (CMP) is committed to the permanent preservation, open accessibility, and continuous availability of all published scholarly research. This policy outlines our long-term digital preservation standards, self-archiving rights, and repository deposit guidelines for authors.

Long-Term Digital Preservation

To safeguard the scholarly record against unforeseen technical disruptions, platform changes, or publisher cessation, all published articles across CMP journals are permanently archived and preserved through an active subscription with Portico.

Portico serves as an independent dark archive that guarantees perpetual, open-access availability of our complete digital backfile to the global research community if content is no longer directly hosted on the CMP platform.

Author Self-Archiving & Repository Policy

CMP supports author rights to share and archive their work to increase its reach and impact. Authors publishing with CMP retain full copyright under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Authors are permitted to deposit all versions of their manuscript in institutional repositories, subject-based archives, or personal websites without embargo.

Preprint Version (Submitted Version): Authors may post their original manuscript on non-commercial preprint servers (such as arXiv, SSRN, or RePEc) prior to or during submission. Upon publication, authors should update the preprint record with a link and DOI to the final published paper.

Accepted Version (Post-print): Authors may deposit the accepted version of their paper in institutional or public repositories immediately upon acceptance.

Published Version (Version of Record): Authors may deposit the final, publisher-formatted PDF galey in any institutional, national, or thematic repository (e.g., Zenodo, ResearchGate, institutional digital libraries) immediately upon online publication.

Repository Deposit Requirements:

When self-archiving or depositing the Version of Record into any repository or website, authors must ensure that:

  1. The article is made available under the original CC BY 4.0 licensing terms.
  2. Full bibliographic attribution is provided, referencing Content Majestic Publisher and the specific journal name (e.g., Advance Journal of Business Management & Social Sciences).
  3. The official Crossref Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is included as an active HTTPS hyperlink ([https://doi.org/10.65080/xxxxx](https://doi.org/10.65080/xxxxx)) linking back to the official landing page on the CMP website.
