The Majestic American Journal of Food Sciences (MAJFS) aims to provide an international platform for the publication of high-quality, peer-reviewed papers across all areas of food science. The journal covers a broad spectrum of disciplines, including food chemistry, food microbiology, food engineering and food technology, with a strong emphasis on food safety, quality, and human health.

  • To explore the applied dimensions of food science in the domains of food chemistry, microbiology and processing technologies, to ensure food safety and quality.
  • To explore safety regulations, standards and compliance mechanisms for maintaining the quality of packaged food products.
  • To study the role of food science in human health and nutrition, with particular emphasis on clinical nutrition, sports nutrition and disease management.
  • To advance research in emerging areas such as metabolomics and the gut microbiome and their impact on human health.
