Scope of the Thematic Issue

The Advance Journal of Business Management & Social Sciences (AJBMSS) invites high-quality research proposals and full-length manuscripts for Thematic Issue focusing on the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in achieving Vision 2030 goals across diverse industries and management domains, guest edited by Dr. Faisal Aftab and Dr. Tahir Iqbal.

This special issue aims to explore how HRM practices influence organizational performance, sustainability, innovation, and strategic outcomes, with Vision 2030 serving as a mediating variable. The issue will particularly emphasize quantitative research based on survey methods. We welcome interdisciplinary research integrating HRM with leadership, sustainability, innovation, ethical governance, quality management, and environmental responsibility in both traditional and emerging industries.

Key Objectives

This thematic issue seeks to:

  • Examine the impact of HRM practices on organizational and societal outcomes.
  • Investigate Vision 2030 as a mediating mechanism between HRM and strategic variables.
  • Promote empirical, data-driven insights using quantitative survey-based methodologies.
  • Encourage research from diverse industrial contexts.

Authors are encouraged to submit studies that include:

  • One independent variable from Human Resource Management, and Vision 2030 as a mediating variable
  • One dependent variable from any of the following domains:

    • Ethical Business & Compliance
    • Quality Management
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Operations Management

    • Green Management & Environmental Performance

Submission Process and Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original research articles, review articles, perspectives, industry-based empirical studies that align with the theme of this special issue and must comply with AJBMSS author guidelines. Authors should submit their manuscripts via the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS) at https://ojs.ajbmss.org/index.php/ajbmss_ojs/.

Note: All submissions to a Thematic Issue must include a formal cover letter including name of the theme and guest editors.

All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process according to AJBMSS editorial standards to ensure high-quality contributions.

All submitted manuscripts in this thematic issue must:

  • Be quantitative in nature.
  • Use survey-based data collection methods.
  • Apply appropriate statistical analyses (e.g., regression, SEM, mediation analysis, CFA)
  • Demonstrate methodological rigor and ethical compliance
  • Full research papers should be 8-10 pages in length
